Cancellation and Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, simply email us your Appointments/Booking details at “mail@tharavadayurveda.com”. The email should contain the Appointments/Booking details.

Cancellation

The Platform provides the users a method to schedule a discussion with the registered healthcare practitioners. Once the appointment has been made and a confirmation has been given to the User, Tharavad shall inform the healthcare practitioner who shall render the consultation at the agreed time, location and mode provided at the time of booking of service. Once an appointment has been made and it is confirmed at our end, no amount shall be refunded, in the event of a cancellation. However, in certain circumstances, Tharavad at its discretion shall permit a refund of the full or partial amount if the healthcare practitioner becomes unavailable for any reason. The decision of Tharavad shall be final in such cases.

Cancellation for Package Bookings:

Cancellation 30 days prior to booking date- 90% refund.
Cancellation made 15 days before booking date- 50% refund, after that no refund shall be made.
Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
